The Methodology
Drawing on over 20 years of experience as an energy healing practitioner and a massage therapist, this work presents a structured system based on energy principles and nervous system function.
You will be guided through a system of how four states of consciousness correspond to distinct patterns within the body, and how these relate to brainwaves and the autonomic nervous system.
The Vagus Nerve
A key focus of the workshop is understanding how the body becomes conditioned through past stress and trauma, and how this conditioning can influence your ability to ease your mind and self-regulate.
You will also be introduced to the tenth cranial nerve – The Vagus nerve from a functional and energetic perspective, learning how it plays a central role in navigation and memory.
The Experience
Participants will learn how to work with their own internal awareness, engage with their energy field, their body and apply simple, effective techniques to support regulation and resilience.
The session concludes with a guided group meditation, allowing you to directly apply what you've learned in a supported environment.

The Energetic Science of the Vagus Nerve
Your vagus nerve is far more than a physical pathway from brain to gut. It is an energy system that continuously scans both your internal state and external environment across four interconnected planes of consciousness: spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical.

When post-traumatic stress, chronic dysregulation, or unresolved trauma imprint themselves in your field, the vagus nerve becomes hypervigilant. This energetic overload manifests as fight/flight tendencies, dissociation, addictive patterns, and nervous system collapse.
